Calendly schedules meetings. You run a practice - deposits, packages, SMS, a real site, and video that creates itself.

Calendly is for meetings. Hacado is for businesses.

For coaches

Calendly schedules meetings. You run a practice - deposits, packages, SMS, a real site, and video that creates itself.

The mess

A Calendly link is not a business. You still need a website, invoices, Zoom copy-paste, and something that looks like your practice. Discovery calls no-show. Packages of sessions live in a spreadsheet.

With Hacado

Automatic Zoom, Meet, or Teams, a branded site, and payment to confirm the session. Session packages and seasonal offers sit on the same page as the book button.

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams created for you

Full website, not only a booking link

Deposits to confirm discovery calls

Prepaid packages of sessions

Time zones for clients who are not in your city

Email reminders 24 hours before

A practice is more than a calendar round-robin

About, testimonials, FAQ, and booking on one domain. That is the gap Calendly leaves on purpose. If you already have a site and only need a meeting link, stay there. If the “stack” is Calendly + Carrd + Stripe links + Zoom, Hacado is the consolidation.

Paid time should be prepaid when it matters

Discovery might be a small deposit. A 12-week container is a package with N sessions and an expiry. Discounts can open a January cohort without changing your list price forever.

Busy time from the rest of life

Google, Outlook, CalDAV, or an ICS feed from another tool so you are not bookable during a day job or a school calendar. Video links update when the session moves.

FAQ

Why not stay on Calendly?

If you only need a meeting link, Calendly is fine. If you want the website, SMS, packages, gift cards, and policies together, Hacado is built for that.

Do I have to be in beauty?

No. Coaches, consultants, and practitioners are a first-class audience. The product started in a studio; it is not limited to one.

Group programs?

Hacado is appointment-based (one slot, one client or a staff assignment). If you only sell cohorts with no 1:1 bookable time, a course platform may still fit better.

Packages of calls?

Yes - prepaid session counts against a service, sold on the site or issued by you.

International clients?

Time zones are handled. PayPal or Stripe for people who prefer those rails.

Associates in my practice?

Studio seats: each coach has hours; clients pick a person.
