Do I need a marketplace to get clients?

No. Hacado does not list you in a directory. You bring demand; we run the book and the site.

Can I sell gift cards for sets?

Yes. Design the card in Gift Card Studio and sell it on your website with Stripe, Square, or PayPal.

How do fills get rebooked?

Reminders timed to your fill cycle, plus a waitlist when you are booked out. Clients can also rebook from the confirmation or cabinet.

I work from home / a suite - is this still right?

Yes. The page is yours. You do not share a salon’s booking tool or their brand.

What if I add a second tech later?

Start on Solo. Studio adds seats, per-person calendars, and “book a person or next available.”
