Do I have to be a nail tech?

No. The first Hacado customer was a nail studio. The product is for anyone opening a book - beauty, wellness, coaching, lessons, clinics.

Can I migrate later if I outgrow it?

You own the client records in your workspace. Custom domain stays yours. There is no marketplace lock-in.

What if I already bought a Squarespace?

Keep it if you want; point a Book button at Hacado, or move pages across when you are ready.

How fast to first booking?

Same day is normal if you know your hours and services. Payments can wait until Solo.

Do I need a designer?
